These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the baj8 platform and its users. baj8 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only specific games may count toward the wagering calculation.
• Wagering must be completed within a set period after receiving the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• An account may use a specific bonus offer only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.

• If a user attempts to abuse a bonus, the account may be suspended.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Using any software, bots, or artificial assistance to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion with other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Threats, harassment, or offensive behavior.

If any prohibited activity is detected, baj8 may suspend or permanently cancel the account, forfeit deposited and winning funds, and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

baj8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior warning in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to a request for age or identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Participation in prohibited activities.

Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email. If all pending bonus requirements are not met, the bonus balance may be forfeited at the time of account termination.
